We recruit, place, and promote webcam models on a network of popular adult websites. There are never any fees to the model for our services, as we get paid directly by our partners. Our agency is run exclusively by women, holding each model in the highest regard and providing support every step of the way.
Models talk to guests live via webcam using text and voice chat. One of the advantages of working with us is that all our partner websites support HD video and audio streaming, which makes the models appear as if they are on real live TV! This new, proprietary technology is not available to anyone outside of our network, so attracting and keeping clients is much easier. Here is how it works: first, a guest comes to the home page, and sees a list of models available to chat live at that time; then he or she selects a model, and clicks on their profile picture to access their livecam chatroom. The model greets the guest, but does not earn any money until the guest agrees to a private chat. Once in private, no one else can access their session, and the model earns money for every minute spent with the client. It is completely up to the model whether or not to do what the client asks, and the model is free to end the session at any time. Of course both the model and client identities remain private at all times, so there is no physical contact or danger of being approached outside of work. Models also have the ability to block everyone in your city, state, or country from accessing their profile.
While some clients will ask the model to pose partially or fully nude, others are simply looking for someone to talk to. So your personality could play a bigger part in your success than your looks, and in most cases, it does. The more open and friendly you are with clients, the more paid time they will spend with you, and the more likely they are to come back. Top webcam models earn in excess of $100,000 per year, and most of their income comes from regular clients who do not talk to anyone else. Some even have their own fan clubs :)
